Developed and implemented a data-driven content strategy for Motability's News and Views content hub.
My work here resulted in a 12% increase in website traffic over 12 months. This included SEO strategy, influencer marketing strategy, articles, videos, and infographics to position the hub as a key resource for current and potential scheme members.
Managed both freelance and internal teams, producing over 100 high-quality content pieces covering topics like motoring, safe driving practices, accessible services, everyday tips, scheme news, and user stories.
Drove awareness through impactful influencer partnerships and campaigns, leading to a 25% increase in social media engagement. Additionally, I monitored and reported on content performance, implementing changes that boosted user retention and solidifying the hub’s reputation as a valuable knowledge base for the Motability community.
