Collaborated with the internal Industrial Psychology (IO) team and customers to research paradigm shifts in the tech hiring landscape, particularly following the release of ChatGPT.

By understanding customers' pain points and challenges, we developed the Engineering Skills Model (ESM) report — a cutting-edge framework designed to revolutionise tech talent management and offer invaluable insights into modern software engineering skills.

Leveraging a Hub & Spoke content strategy, I crafted a comprehensive narrative that positioned us as thought leaders across multiple channels. This included creating an AI skills white paper, over 12 blogs, 15 social media assets, an email marketing and press release campaign, and a four-part webinar series from the report alone.

Our storytelling approach emphasised how these paradigm shifts are reshaping the hiring landscape and accessible solutions our audience could use to address it through multiple resources.

We filtered our thought leadership consistently through every piece of content, reinforcing our insights from the Engineering Skills Model report.

The events drove over 200 high-quality leads and landed us five new enterprise customers alone.

This multi-channel storytelling not only enhanced our visibility but also solidified our reputation as innovators in tech talent hiring and management.
